How many payment links can I send?
Unlimited. There's no cap on the number of payment links you can create or send, whether one-time, multi-use, or QR codes.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Custom domains (e.g. pay.yourbusiness.com) are included with Shuttle Checkout, so customers see your brand throughout the payment journey.
Can I add my own branding?
Yes. Upload your logo, set your brand colours, and customise messaging on your checkout pages. If you need Shuttle branding removed entirely, talk to us: white-labelling is part of the Embedded Payment Layer.
Can customers save their card for next time?
Yes. Customers can save their payment method during checkout for faster repeat payments. Saved cards are tokenised with your gateway, which holds them. Shuttle stores no card data.
Can I pre-authorise a payment without capturing it?
Yes. Shuttle supports auth-and-capture workflows. Pre-authorise a card at checkout and capture the funds later, ideal for deposits, bookings, and staged payments.
What does it cost?
Via Shuttle Checkout, Links Checkout is $49 per live instance per month, with a Merchant Portal account, team management, and 245 Shuttle-billed transactions included every month. Beyond that, transactions are billed on a banded rate card from $0.20 each, falling to $0.05 as your volume grows. Voice Checkout is a separate live instance at $49 per month, and Twilio bills its own voice transactions separately, outside the bundle. Running payments for many merchants? Shuttle for Platforms is from $2,500 minimum credit purchase per month, spent on transactions.
