Why PayTomorrow?
Overview
PayTomorrow is a consumer financing platform that enables merchants to offer point-of-sale lending for purchases ranging from a few hundred to $25,000. Rather than relying on a single lender, PayTomorrow uses a waterfall model that routes applications through multiple lending partners, maximizing approval rates even for customers with thin or subprime credit files. This approach means merchants can offer financing to a broader customer base without taking on credit risk themselves. PayTomorrow handles the full lending lifecycle, including credit decisioning, loan servicing, and collections, while the merchant receives the full purchase amount upfront.
Shuttle integrates with PayTomorrow to bring consumer financing into the same unified payment layer that handles card processing and alternative payment methods. Through Shuttle’s Embedded Payments, platforms can present PayTomorrow financing as a checkout option alongside traditional payments, letting customers choose between paying in full or spreading costs across monthly installments. Payment Links powered by Shuttle can include financing as a selectable payment method on hosted checkout pages, which is particularly effective for service-based businesses that send invoices or payment requests for higher-value transactions. Since PayTomorrow operates as a lending product rather than a card-present processor, Voice Checkout routing is not applicable for this integration.
For platforms serving home improvement, healthcare, retail, or education verticals, offering PayTomorrow through Shuttle eliminates the need to build and maintain a separate financing integration. Shuttle manages the application flow, approval callbacks, and settlement reconciliation within the same dashboard and API that handles all other payment methods. This means a platform can offer its merchants both standard card processing through any of Shuttle’s 40+ PSP connections and consumer financing through PayTomorrow, unified under a single integration. The result is higher average order values, improved conversion on high-ticket items, and a financing experience that feels native to the platform rather than a third-party redirect.
