    The customer enters card details via keypad (DTMF) — tones are stripped from the audio so the agent never hears them. Alternatively, a payment link is sent via SMS or email with support for digital wallets.

    Payment is processed through your gateway

    Shuttle routes the transaction to your chosen payment gateway, tokenises the card for future use, or authorises for later capture. Only redacted details are returned — your systems never see sensitive data.
