Rates
Volume discounts are banded: each rate applies only to the transactions within that band each month, so your blended rate falls as you grow.

Example: at 120,000 Voice transactions in a month you pay $0.20 on the first 50,000, $0.15 on the next 50,000, and $0.13 on the final 20,000.
Your included transactions are delivered as bundled credit: the full monthly fee back as credit each month, spent at the rates shown here. Twilio Pay Connector usage is billed by Twilio directly, so credit cannot be spent on it.
